Box 66636, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Stinger Electric™. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. To access or utilize certain features of our Service, you may be required to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, customs documentation, and payment information. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

We specialize in high-performance electric vehicles, parts, and specialized equipment (including Sur-Ron Light Bee X 2026, LBX2 2026, Hyper Bee 2026, Ultra Bee 2026, Ultra Bee HP 2026, Light Bee 3C Street Legal 2026, and official electric dirt bike platforms). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, imagery, technical specifications, motor outputs (kW), sine-wave controller profiles, and battery capacities of our products. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product platform at any time.

SECTION 3 - LAUNCH BATCH PRE-ORDERS & PURCHASE CONTRACTS

When you place an order on Stinger Electric™, your order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. Orders enter active factory queueing, custom steel crating, and ocean freight manifest allocation upon order logging.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: In accordance with our Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy, orders may be canceled for a 100% full refund within a 24-hour pre-order window from order logging by emailing admin@stingerelectric.shop.
  • Post-24-Hour Order Lock: After 24 hours, orders are permanently locked for custom packaging, HazMat documentation, and container booking, and cannot be canceled or refunded during production or transit.
  • End-User Representation: You represent that all purchases made through our Service are for personal, household, or authorized commercial end-use and not for unauthorized brand impersonation or gray-market distribution.

SECTION 4 - CURRENCY, PRICING & BILLING ACCURACY

Base store pricing is benchmarked in USD and rendered in real-time localized display currencies via Shopify Markets for global buyers. Final settlement is executed securely in USD or equivalent converted currencies. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all orders placed at our store.

SECTION 5 - HAZMAT FREIGHT, DDP CLEARANCE & DELIVERY GUARANTEE

All high-voltage lithium battery electric vehicles sold by Stinger Electric™ are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods and shipped in UN-certified HazMat packaging under strict compliance with UN3480 (Lithium-Ion Batteries), UN3556 (Lithium Battery-Powered Vehicles), and UN3171 international transport codes.

  • Global DDP Coverage Zones: Stinger Electric™ Launch Batch 001 Pre-Orders include 100% Free DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Door-to-Door shipping across 9 Primary Global Regions: United Kingdom (UK), United States (USA), European Union (EU), Canada (CA), Australia (AU), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kuwait (KW), Qatar (QA), and Saudi Arabia (SA). Zero import tariffs, zero local VAT, zero customs duties, and zero hidden handling fees apply.
  • Fulfillment Schedule: Factory testing, custom crating, single-connector battery testing, and export manifest filing require 1–2 weeks from order logging; ocean linehaul DDP transit requires 3–4 weeks. Total estimated door-to-door delivery window is 4–6 weeks.
  • Delivery Commitment: Delays caused by customs force majeure or ocean carrier re-routing beyond 64 days from order logging qualify the buyer for full delivery guarantee protections (100% refund or immediate re-shipment) as outlined in our Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service, storefront visual architecture, branding, custom graphics, and original technical content are owned by Stinger Electric™ and its parent corporate entities (The Hive™ / Stinger Electric FZE). Stinger Electric™ name, logos, custom product designs and marks/marketing of Stinger Electric™ are proprietary trademarks. All third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos (including Sur-Ron and related manufacturing entities) are the exclusive property of their respective trademark holders. Your use of the site grants you no right or license to reproduce or use any Stinger Electric™ or third-party trademarks.

SECTION 7 - UNIVERSAL ORDER TRACKING & THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We provide access to third-party tracking APIs and multi-leg courier lookup integrations via our official Order Tracking page. You acknowledge and agree that access to such tools is provided ”as is” and ”as available” without warranties or conditions of any kind. Order tracking queries may be initiated using Shopify Order IDs (e.g. #⚡1001⚡#), Stinger Consignment IDs (e.g. SE-2026-8891), or destination courier tracking numbers (DPD, FedEx, UPS, DHL).

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & INTEGRATIONS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials or webhooks from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party portals not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites.

SECTION 9 - SHOPIFY PLATFORM RELATIONSHIP

Our storefront is hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform. Shopify provides us with the secure online e-commerce infrastructure that allows us to market and sell our products to you. All commercial sale contracts, product warranties, and fulfillment obligations are executed directly between you and Stinger Electric FZE. You release Shopify Inc. from any direct liability arising out of your commercial transactions with Stinger Electric™.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION

Your submission of personal data through the storefront is governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal data collected during order fulfillment, customs clearance, order tracking, and warranty activation is handled securely and strictly in accordance with UAE data protection protocols and global commerce standards.

SECTION 11 - CUSTOMER DIAGNOSTICS & SUBMISSIONS

If you submit product reviews, diagnostic videos, technical feedback, or warranty claim documentation (including vehicle frame VIN photo proof and battery serial numbers), you grant Stinger Electric™ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize, verify, and process such submissions for warranty validation, technical troubleshooting, anti-fraud enforcement, and quality assurance.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product specifications, pricing, promotions, offers, freight transit times, and stock availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, or UAE free zone regulations, rules, or laws; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to submit false, altered, or misleading identity, vehicle serial number, or customs information; (f) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; or (g) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or payment gateways.

SECTION 14 - TERMINATION OF SERVICE

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 15 - 1-YEAR LIMITED MODULAR WARRANTY & STINGER CARE PROTOCOL

Every vehicle purchased from Stinger Electric™ is backed by our official 1-Year (365-Day) Limited Modular Parts Warranty covering manufacturing defects on core components (High-Output PMSM Motor, UN3480 Lithium Battery Pack, Sine-Wave Controller, Matrix ECU, and Forged Frame) and Factory Street Hardware (for 3C/homologated models).

  • Warranty Effective Date & Duration: Warranty coverage activates strictly on the Confirmed Carrier Delivery Date (verified via courier proof of delivery timestamp) and remains active for exactly 12 months (365 calendar days).
  • Mandatory 30-Day Portal Registration: To activate official warranty coverage, buyers must complete the Stinger Care Protocol registration form on the official Order Tracking page within 30 calendar days of carrier delivery, binding their Shopify Order ID (e.g. #⚡1001⚡#), stamped head-tube Frame VIN, and UN3480 Battery Serial Number to their warranty profile.
  • Initial Fraudulent Registration Nullification Clause: Submitting false, fictitious, altered, third-party, or mismatched Frame VINs or UN3480 Battery Serial Numbers during initial portal registration renders the registration NULL AND VOID AB INITIO. Any attempt to register serial numbers that do not match the exact physical unit delivered under that specific Shopify Order ID constitutes fraudulent registration and results in immediate, permanent forfeiture of all warranty rights.
  • Claim-Time Cross-Verification & Anti-Fraud Security: All active warranty claims undergo three-way cross-referencing between initial portal records, factory dispatch logs, and diagnostic media submitted at claim time. Submitting mismatched, altered, or swapped component serials will result in claim rejection, permanent warranty termination, and flagging for criminal fraud.
  • Strict Non-Registration Forfeiture Clause: If a customer fails to complete registration with accurate Frame VIN and UN3480 Battery Serial Numbers on the portal within 30 calendar days of delivery, warranty coverage is permanently voided and forfeited without exception. Unregistered vehicles cannot be registered retroactively and are strictly ineligible for warranty claims, technical support, or replacement part dispatches.
  • Zero-Friction Modular Replacement: For active, registered warranties, verified defective components are replaced free of charge via express air freight upon diagnostic video submission.
  • General Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN OUR 1-YEAR LIMITED MODULAR PARTS WARRANTY, THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO YOU ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO CASE SHALL STINGER ELECTRIC™, STINGER ELECTRIC FZE, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stinger Electric™, Stinger Electric FZE, parent corporate entities, affiliates, partners, directors, and officers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service; such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

SECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Stinger Electric™.

SECTION 20 - CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT

Stinger Electric™ reserves the right to assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms to parent corporate entities (including The Hive™), corporate subsidiaries, or legal successors without prior notice or customer consent.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
