Order Tracking & Multi-Leg Transit Status: Customers can track their shipments in real time across our 9 primary DDP global coverage zones via our official Order Tracking portal using their Shopify Order ID (e.g. #⚡1001⚡#), Stinger Consignment ID (e.g. SE-2026-8891), or carrier tracking numbers (DPD, FedEx, UPS, DHL).

4. WARRANTY CLAIMS & STINGER CARE PROTOCOL

To register coverage or submit claims under our 1-Year (365-Day) Limited Modular Parts Warranty, buyers must complete the mandatory Stinger Care Protocol form on the official Order Tracking page within 30 calendar days of carrier delivery.

  • Initial Fraudulent Registration Nullification Clause: Submitting false, fictitious, altered, third-party, or mismatched Frame VINs or UN3480 Battery Pack Serial Numbers during initial portal registration renders the registration NULL AND VOID AB INITIO. Any attempt to register serial numbers that do not match the exact physical unit delivered under that specific Shopify Order ID constitutes fraudulent registration and results in immediate, permanent forfeiture of all warranty rights.
  • Claim Submission Requirements: For active, registered vehicles requiring technical troubleshooting or modular part dispatches, email admin@stingerelectric.shop with:
    • Shopify Order ID (e.g. #⚡1001⚡#) and Consignee Legal Name.
    • Stamped Head-Tube Frame Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
    • Casing-Printed UN3480 Battery Pack Serial Number barcode image.
    • Clear high-resolution photographs of outer crate UN HazMat markings and a short diagnostic video demonstrating the technical issue with registered serial numbers clearly visible.
